1.  Barottas  was launched in 2016 and successfully tested with eight Cloud kitchens in Chennai. 

2. First time in India, A branded chain to sell International varieties of Indian Flat Bread,  Barottas , Roti  Canai, Roti Bakar, Roti Pizza & Wrap. Mostly of the products supplied by central kitchen.  

3. Brand already has business experience and customer base of 65,000+ in Chennai. Youth / Working class Targets. 

4. Barottas Brand will take care of marketing and delivery. Supply of key ingredients, packing, training to existing   team. 

5. Planned to come up with 250+ outlets, Pan-India. 

Story: 

Barottas / Parottas were stapled foods of South-India, originated from  Punjab, migrated to South Asian Countries, and today found in more than 40 countries in different names and styles.  

Barottas has 500+ years of history and earlier called as Rotiform  Chennapattinam (earlier Madras) tongue-twisted and called as Roti  Canai, an all-time food in Singapore, Malaysia, Burma, Indonesia, Srilanka, Thailand… 

Barottas are the most favourite staple food of Indians and now this concept brings the world varieties of Barottas from Madurai to Malaysia to Mexico! Like Varieties of Dosa, Pizza, Sandwich, Burgers, presenting Barottas across the globe in more than 30 types including sweets & savoury variants.
